Returns
- Due to the nature of herbal and wellness products, returns are not accepted once the product is opened or used
- Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only in cases of:
- Damaged product during transit
- Wrong product delivered
- Refunds will be processed after verification
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days
Exchange
- Exchanges may be offered at Panchcure’s discretion in valid cases
