Returns

  • Due to the nature of herbal and wellness products, returns are not accepted once the product is opened or used
  • Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

Refunds

  • Refunds are applicable only in cases of:
    • Damaged product during transit
    • Wrong product delivered
  • Refunds will be processed after verification
  • Approved refunds will be credited within 7–10 business days

Exchange

  • Exchanges may be offered at Panchcure’s discretion in valid cases
